247F
In May of 2011, Lloyd travelled to Tblisi, Republic
of Georgia. There he had the thrill of seeing his work
come to life as 247F, a film he wrote, began filming.
Starring Scout Taylor-Compton, Christina Ulloa,
Travis Van Winkle and Michael Copon, the film was
shot at Sarke Studios in Tblisis and several locations
near the city.

Lloyd's involvement in project was the result of a long-time acquaintance between
Lloyd and Levan Bakhia, one of the film's two director. (Beqa Jguburia is a long-time
partner of Levan's at Sarke Studios.) Lloyd and Levan had worked together in the past and
had developed a creative rapport. Thus, when Levan found the backing for slate of five
films he turned to Lloyd to help bring the stories he had in mind to life.

247F is the story of Jenna and
Renee, best friends who set out for a
weekend of fun. But they bring with
them the heavy burden of a past
tragedy that has strained their
friendship to the breaking point.
Along with Renee’s boyfriend,
Michael, and his friend, Ian, they
plan on spending the weekend
partying at a lakeside cabin. Just
when it seems things might fall into
place and the weekend might just be
what the girls had hoped for Jenna,
Renee and Ian find themselves
trapped in a hot sauna. With the
temperature rising and time
running out Jenna must find a way
to save herself and her friends.

there.

Filming 247F provided Lloyd with the
opportunity to visit Tblisi, meet its people and
view its treasures. It is a beautiful ancient city
full of warm friendly people and the experience
was one of a kind.
I would like to thank everyone involved in the making of 247F - from the
producers and directors to stand-ins and caterers. You, and everything
done was wonderful. See you again soon.
